Our team is comprised of senior professionals with extensive real asset experience across multiple markets and cycles. Team members have worked on a combined $50 billion portfolio in real asset debt and equity, spanning acquisitions, transaction structuring, capital markets, asset and portfolio management, development, redevelopment, and dispositions.
Mr. Anderson was most recently a member of the Board of Trustees of Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC), a medical office building REIT. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of CBRE and Aegis Communications Group, where he chaired a number of Board committees, including the audit committee. Mr. Anderson served as Senior Counsel to the President and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since 1997, and served in the Nixon and Ford White Houses as a deputy to Secretary Henry Kissinger at the Department of State. He received a number of Presidential appointments, including the President's Advisory Committee on Trade Negotiations and the Presidential Commission on Personnel Interchange. He practiced law in Washington, D.C., for nearly 50 years and was Chief Legal Officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Anderson graduated from Westmont College and received his law degree from Willamette University, where he was a member of the Law Review.
Mr. Eggesbø has over 25 years of finance and real asset experience and has worked both in the US and European markets where he has been involved in structuring and executing real estate transactions with a total value exceeding $33 billion. He served, until 2017, as Head of Real Estate for a publicly listed asset manager with over $10 billion in assets under management. Prior to this, he was CEO & CIO of a private global asset manager overseeing $8 billion in assets under management. Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Director at UBS from 2007 to 2010, working primarily on the Swiss government stabilization fund. During 2006 and 2007, he was Head of Structuring and Securitization at Credit Suisse's European real asset finance group. From 1998 to 2005, he worked within the real estate industry at Moody's Investor Service, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura. Mr. Eggesbø holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Currency and Blockchain from the University of Nicosia, an undergraduate degree (with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance) from Cornell University, and graduated from Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, Dutch, and Norwegian.
Andres Bonomie is a highly experienced senior executive with over 30 years of business management experience. He has worked extensively in the electricity, oil, and gas sectors across 10 different countries. Andres has developed an outstanding business career in the development of international businesses in the areas of industrial construction, commercial management, marketing, and sales. He is well-known for extensive experience in international construction projects management, finance, procurement, logistics, and trade. He has overseen a diverse portfolio of construction projects with a total value of more than US$3 billion. Andres holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico De Monterrey and a postgraduate degree in Global Leadership Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Andres is fluent in Spanish and English.
David Ingwalson is a seasoned institutional real estate professional with over 25 years of experience. He has served as a senior fund manager for over $2 billion in real estate assets and has previously worked at GE Real Estate, Lone Star Funds, and Trimont. David has extensive experience in asset management, acquisitions, and development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering results for his clients and has been recognized for his exceptional leadership skills. David is known for his ability to identify attractive investment opportunities and execute complex real estate transactions.
Robert Washington is a seasoned institutional real estate investment professional with over 30 years of experience. He has served as COO for two global institutional real estate platforms and COO for two global IPOs. Robert has a strong background in legal, structuring, and financing, having worked for prominent financial institutions such as Nomura, Credit Suisse, and UBS. Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated a keen ability to structure complex real estate transactions and has been instrumental in driving growth for the companies he has worked for.
The Bardo Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit devoted to funding childhood cancer research. Established in 2021, the Foundation invests in innovative research, enhances collaboration among medical experts, and works to expand access to care for children with cancer worldwide.
